We accompany you with various elements of our own practice for a mindful and sustainable start into the new year. Be part of a wonderful connection of people of the heart who want to pursue their heart's desires, to take the time to pause, let go, integrate and make room for new things. Breathe, move, let yourself go, make plans in a different way, live, celebrate, enjoy.

We will start this magical day with a meditation & vinyasa practice. We bring body and mind into harmony, meditation in motion. Then Sheila takes us into the world of cocoa and the depths of our heart's desires.

And since happy souls can't live on air and love alone, we'll treat you to hearty vegan soul food. Brunch like in Cockaigne.

Then it's time to get into action. In the vision board, we call it the soul board, you visualize your heart's desires and wildest dreams for the year 2023. The clue is - everything can come true, dare to dream big and live your best life!

We celebrate the conclusion of these wonderful hours with a meditation, Journey to the Heart, reconnecting with our deepest desires, love for ourselves and the purest joie de vivre.
