In den täglichen Yogaklassen laden wir dich ein, verschiedene Stile zu erfahren. Von dynamischen Vinyasa Flows, zu tiefgehenden Dehnungen im Yin Yoga und totaler Entspannung bei Yoga Nidra, es hat für alle Levels und Vorlieben erwas dabei. Ergänzend zu der Asana Practice teilen unsere erfahrenen Yogalehrerinnen auch ihr Wissen und Expertise in Breathwork und Soundhealing.
