Sound Training Level 2

The training can be paid in two installments, with 100% having to be paid 7 days before the start of the training.

The training can be cancelled up to 90 days before the start date for a fee of 30%, after which there will be no refund.

Booking confirmation : The booking of a course is only valid after receipt of a written booking confirmation.

Payment terms : The course fee must be paid in full before the start of the course unless an alternative arrangement has been made.

Cancellations : Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made up to 90 days before the start of the course will incur a 30% processing fee. Cancellations made after this date will result in the obligation to pay the full course fee.

Changes by the provider : The provider reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course for unforeseen reasons. In this case, a full refund of the course fee will be offered.

Prerequisites for participation : The participant agrees that he/she meets the prerequisites required for the course and is in good health to participate in the course.

Disclaimer : The provider assumes no liability for injuries, damages or losses that occur during the course. Participation is at the participant's own risk.

Copyright : All course materials are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without the prior permission of the provider.

Data protection : Personal data will be treated in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used exclusively for the purposes of course organization.

Applicable law : This contract is governed by the laws of the country in which the course takes place.

Final provisions : Should individual provisions of this contract be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
