YIN x BREATH was created by us as a heart project to gather in community, enjoying what plant medicines like CBD and the power of breathwork have to offer together as a magical combo. We will open the ritual with an introduction to CBD. Afterwards we surrender the body in a yin yoga sequence accompanied by crystal singing bowls. When achieved stillness within your body, the practice of breathwork will tune you into a higher state, connecting mind body and soul.
