Restorative Yoga combined with a sound bath in which Crystal and Tibetan Bowls accompanied by other relaxing sounds, vibrations and essential oils will transport you to a world of dreams, calmness and letting go. Reset your body & mind and get ready for your weekend with good vibes.

For ensuring our safety, this event is limited to max. 6 participants and will be taking place under the protection concept recommended by the BAG. Meaning 4m2 per person, washing and disinfecting your hands after entering the room and only taking your mask off, when you are on your mat and not moving.
