Discover the powerful properties of these plants and learn how you can use them for spiritual practices.

Program:

Welcome and introduction (6:00 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.):

Short presentation and introduction to the meaning of the summer solstice.

Theoretical part: Native smoking plants (6:15 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.):

Introduction to local herbs such as mugwort, St. John's wort, elderflower and more. Their spiritual and energetic properties. Tips for collecting and drying.

Practical part: Smoking rituals (7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.):

Tying incense bundles together with various local herbs. Instructions for simple incense rituals. Summer time. Space for personal experiences and questions.

Joint closing ritual (8:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.):

Meditation and gratitude for the summer time. Sharing and cozy get-togethers.
