09:00 - 09:15: Arrival and welcome

• Arrival and arrival in our peaceful retreat room
• Enjoy a warm welcome with a little surprise

09:15 - 10:15 am: Cacao ceremony & sound bath

• Start the morning with a traditional cacao ceremony to open your body and mind
• Let yourself be enveloped by the soothing sounds and vibrations of a sound bath and find deep relaxation and inner harmony

10:15 - 11:00 am: Yin to Yang Yoga

• After the rest while lying down and the depth of the sounds, activate your body and mind with dynamic flows

11:15 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.: Soulfood Brunch & Exchange

• Enjoy a nutritious brunch inspired by local ingredients
• Share stories and connect with other participants
