We accompany you with various elements of our own practice for a mindful and sustainable start to the new year. Be part of a wonderful connection of people with a heart who want to pursue their heart's desires, to take time to pause, let go, integrate and make room for new things. Breathe, move, let go, make plans in a slightly different way, live, celebrate, enjoy.
We start this magical day with a meditation & vinyasa practice. We bring body and mind into harmony, meditation in motion. Afterwards, Sheila takes us into the world of cocoa and the depths of our heart's desires.
