Our smoking workshop for the dark season takes you on a journey through the fascinating world of native Swiss herbs. Program:

Welcome and introduction (6:00 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.):

Short presentation and introduction to the meaning of Samhain and its connection to the dark season.

Theoretical part: Native smoking plants (6:15 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.):

Introduction to local herbs such as mugwort, St. John's wort, wormwood and more. Their spiritual and energetic properties. Tips for collecting and drying.

Practical part: Smoking rituals (7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.):

Tying incense bundles together with various local herbs. Instructions for simple incense rituals for the winter. Space for personal experiences and questions.

Joint closing ritual (8:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.):

Meditation and gratitude for the winter energy. Sharing ideas and cozy get-togethers.
