Nourish Your Soul - Mini Retreat (Mabon Equinox)

Mabon, also known as the Autumn Equinox, is a time of balance and gratitude. It marks the culmination between the summer and winter solstices and ushers in the harvest season. At this magical turning point, we pause to reflect on the fruits of our labor, both literally and metaphorically. The fields abound with nature's gifts, and a sense of completion and fulfillment awakens within us.

As days grow shorter and nights grow longer, we gently welcome the transition into the quieter, reflective season. Mabon is a celebration of this balance, of the harmony between light and dark, and of giving thanks for all that sustains us.
